We currently ship within Canada.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However if you have any problems with your item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if there is any issue with the item we will gladly help you out.

Processing time is anywhere between 1-2 weeks dependent on the volume of orders. For shipped items it can take anywhere between 1-10 days within Canada. For local pickup items you will be contacted by email to arrange pickup.

Please send us clear, front facing, up close photos of the pet with good lighting to get the best result.

We can add up to five pets on our t-shirts and sweatshirts. If more than two pets the images will be centred. - Mugs can only fit 2 pets. - Tote bags vary dependent on the chosen design (LOVE bag can only fit 1 pet, DOG MOM bag can only fit 1 pet, Custom Pet Bag can fit 6 pets.) - Welcome Signs can only fit 3 pets. - Leash Hanger can only fit 2 names. - Ornaments can only fit 1 pet. - Stockings can only fit 1 pet.

No problem. You can choose not to add your pets name under it's image just let us know in the custom text menu on the product page or by email when you upload your image.

For clothing and tote bags, we suggest to wash inside out on cold setting, hang to dry. Never iron directly on the design. Mugs are dishwasher safe. However we suggest hand washing to ensure the longevity of the design. Welcome signs are decorative indoor signs only. Hanging outside may result in damage to the product.

Our t-shirts and sweatshirts are unisex and fit true to size. We recommend viewing our sizing chart and reading the description of the models height and size worn in photo.

T-shirts are made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Sweatshirts are made of 35% cotton and 65% polyester.
